What happens after you request a fix

Updated October 18, 2026. Every step from the request form to handover, in order. It describes what we do today, and it says so where something is planned and not yet available.

Right after you send the request

  • The page changes to Request received.
  • We email you straight away from support@flowsfixed.com with the subject We got your FlowsFixed request. It confirms your store and that no payment has been taken. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, or email support@flowsfixed.com.
  • Nothing happens in your Klaviyo account. We have no access to it until you invite us.

We review your store

We look at your store and your flows from public information only: your storefront and your sending domain's public DNS records. If we can help, we reply from support@flowsfixed.com with timing and next steps for the $395 Core Flow Fix.

Scope and timing are agreed with you in writing before any payment. We are taking requests only and are not accepting payments yet, so nothing is charged.

If you decide to go ahead

  1. Fill in a short intake form: your store URL, your name and email, your brand voice in a sentence, and the discount you allow in cart emails, if any.
  2. In Klaviyo, add support@flowsfixed.com as a Manager user: your account name (bottom left), then Settings, then Users, then Add new user. Only the account Owner or an Admin can add users. Full steps: How to add a Manager user in Klaviyo.
  3. Reply to our email once you have added us.

We never ask for your password. We do not need Shopify access, and we do not need access to your domain account.

The work in your Klaviyo account

The Core Flow Fix covers one Klaviyo account connected to one Shopify store (Terms, section 1):

  • An audit, then a build or rebuild of your welcome, abandoned checkout or cart, and post-purchase email flows. SMS is not included.
  • A check of your sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC). If records are missing, we send you the exact records for your domain host. You publish them, and we confirm they pass.
  • Test sends, a one page map of every flow, and a 30 day check-in.

New and rebuilt flow emails stay in Draft while we work. In Klaviyo, Draft is the default status for a new message, and nobody is scheduled to receive a message in Draft. The work is done by AI agents with automated and checklist quality control (Terms, section 2).

You approve before anything goes live

You review the test sends and the flow map, and nothing goes live until you approve it. After you approve, the flows are set to Live. In Klaviyo, a Live message is active in its flow and sends automatically. Klaviyo also has a Manual status, where messages are scheduled but each one waits for someone to review and send it.

Handover: removing our access

At handover, we ask you or your Admin to delete our user, send the steps, and confirm in writing once our access is gone. In Klaviyo, only an Owner or an Admin can delete a user, and a Manager cannot edit or delete users, so this one step is yours or your Admin's:

  1. Go to Settings, then Users.
  2. Click the 3 vertical dots next to support@flowsfixed.com.
  3. Select Delete user, then click Delete user again to confirm.

To check at any time who can reach your account, open Settings, then Users, and click a user. Klaviyo shows their email, their role, when they were added and when they last logged in. You can remove us whenever you like, including before the work is finished.

After handover

  • The 30 day check-in is part of the fix (Terms, section 1).
  • Planned, not yet available: a written before-and-after summary of each fixed flow's numbers. Until a flow has data, your dashboard says "Not yet measured" for it. We never fill it with sample numbers.
  • We do not guarantee revenue, open rates or inbox placement (Terms, section 6).

Refunds and your data

  • Full refund on request before work begins, or if we miss the timing agreed in writing. No refund once you approve and set flows live. See the Terms.
  • To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@flowsfixed.com with the subject "Delete my data". Details: Your data, opting out and deletion.
