# FlowsFixed Privacy Notice (draft, pending review)
We collect: your name, email, store URL, Gap Check numbers you enter, fix request details (store URL, optional Klaviyo use and revenue band), and payment status from Stripe if you later buy (we never see full card numbers).  We use them to deliver and support your order and to send service messages.  Gap Check copies are sent only when you ask.  Tips emails are sent only if you tick the opt-in box, and every one includes an opt-out link; we honor opt-outs across all FlowsFixed mail.  A copy of outbound business email is retained for audit.  We do not sell personal information.  Analytics: we count page views, button clicks, and form submissions with our own first-party tool.  No cookies and no third-party trackers.  Visitors are counted with a one-way hash of IP address and browser that changes daily; raw IP addresses are not stored in analytics.  Campaign tags (utm) are kept only for your browser tab.  For fix requests we check your public storefront to see whether it runs Shopify and Klaviyo.  Contact support@flowsfixed.com to access or delete your data.
