# FlowsFixed Terms of Service (draft, pending review)

1. Service.  The Core Flow Fix ($395 USD, one time) covers one Klaviyo account connected to one Shopify store: an audit, build or rebuild of the welcome, abandoned checkout or cart, and post-purchase email flows, a sending domain authentication check, test sends, a flow map, and a 30 day check-in.  SMS is not included.
2. How work is done.  Work is performed by AI agents with automated and checklist quality control.  No human copywriter is implied.
3. Your responsibilities.  You grant Klaviyo user access, confirm your subscribers gave valid consent, and approve flows before they go live.  You are responsible for publishing DNS records if you host DNS yourself.
4. Timing.  FlowsFixed is currently taking requests only and accepts no payments.  Timing is agreed with you in writing before any payment.
5. Refunds.  Full refund on request before work begins, or if we miss the timing agreed in writing.  No refund once you approve and set flows live.
6. No guarantee.  We do not guarantee revenue, open rates, or inbox placement.  Benchmarks are Klaviyo published averages.
7. Data.  Our handling of your shoppers' data is governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
8. Liability.  Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
9. Law.  Texas law governs.
