If you have an hour or two a week, someone who is comfortable in Klaviyo's flow builder, and a brand voice already set up in your account, try Composer first. It is built into Klaviyo, every Klaviyo customer gets a free plan, and it can both audit your flows and draft new ones. A done-for-you fix makes sense when nobody on your team has time to review triggers, filters, exits, test sends and email authentication, or when you would rather someone else own the result.
Klaviyo introduced Composer on March 24, 2026 as an AI agent that generates and recommends campaigns and flows from a plain language prompt (Klaviyo newsroom). In August 2026 Klaviyo said Composer drafts flows, segments and push notifications from one prompt, with copy for each email, push and SMS step (Klaviyo blog).
According to Klaviyo's help center, Composer can:
Klaviyo customers automatically get a free Composer plan with 500 credits per cycle. A $20 per month plan includes 2,000 credits, and optional overages are bought in $10 blocks. Klaviyo's own estimate for auditing or creating a flow, form or template is $0.10 to $4.50 each, and it says actual usage can vary (How your Composer plan works). For many stores, a few flow audits and drafts a month will fit in the free plan.
