Klaviyo's 2026 report puts average abandoned cart email revenue per recipient (RPR) at $6.77. The top 10% of brands earn $13.70, about twice the average. Text message abandoned cart flows average $4.48.

In Klaviyo, open Analytics, then Benchmarks, or open the flow and read revenue per recipient for the last 30 days.

Common reasons a cart flow underperforms

• Only one email, or the first email sends too late
• No exit filter, so recent buyers still get reminders
• Product block not showing the actual cart items
• Started Checkout and Added to Cart flows overlapping
